Tracey Silverman has been part of the gymnastics community for over four decades, beginning as a young gymnast inspired by Nadia Comaneci. After injuries ended her high school career, her love for the sport brought her back as a walk-on at the University of Illinois, where she went on to compete all four years and finish her collegiate career as team captain.

Years later, Tracey experienced the recruiting process from a new perspective, guiding her own son through his NCAA gymnastics recruitment journey and now cheering him on as a collegiate athlete. That firsthand experience as both athlete and parent gives her a unique understanding of the emotions, decisions, and strategy involved in finding the right collegiate fit.

Tracey’s professional background spans community and strategic planning, fundraising, real estate management, and yoga instruction. She brings that leadership experience, combined with her lifelong passion for gymnastics, to her role at Full Out Collegiate Recruiting, where she is dedicated to supporting and empowering student-athletes and their families throughout the recruiting process.

Tracey splits her time between Austin, Texas and Santa Fe, New Mexico with her husband. When she’s not talking recruiting or watching gymnastics, she enjoys hiking with her Border Collie, Buddy, snowboarding, cooking, and traveling to visit her two sons in college.
